- Initial Event Assessment- Have a meeting with the client and discuss about the conference/accomodation/event needs, we discuss on the requirements of the event and clarify on all details. This include, Dates, Number of expected Pax, Transport requirements, Accomodation requirements, Meals( dietary requirements), Airport transfers if needed, and any other special requirement from the client.
- Quotation Analysis-Come up with various quotations from difference service providers for comparison and choosing the most preferred one- Taking into account your budget parameters. (Done through our online business bidding portal).
- Pre- Event Activities- Booking for the preferred venue, accomodation, transport, and airport transfers, provide equipment on hire e.g. LCD projectors, Laptops, printers, photocopiers etc, and any other agreement between the client and the company, by securing the events with the service providers.
- On-going Activities- Have a co-ordinator on sight to ensure smooth run of the event, assist with client last minute needs, assist with event registration, settling down of all participants etc.
- Catering, banqueting and social functions efficiency by making sure all client requirements are met including any special dietary needs.
